Any shipment issues and order-related problems must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date. 


Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed with proof of purchase with no signs of user inflicted damage to the products. Applicable within 14 days of purchase date.

All orders that cannot be shipped or are returned due to incorrect or inaccurate customer name, shipping address, phone number and email are not the responsibility of WithoutACase. Customers may be charged any return fees that result from inaccurate shipping information.
